Overnight Parking: $18/$20 second car plus tax
Day Parking: $35/day (rates may vary)
Resort Fee: $6.50 per day plus tax
Crib: Free of charge
Rollaway: $20 per night plus tax
Microwave: $15 per stay plus tax
Pet policies: Daily fee of $50 per pet, per day. This is a non-refundable charge for pets under 40 lbs. Pets weighing more than 40 lbs are not permitted on the property.
This does not apply for persons requiring service animals. Please view our Pet Policies page for more details.
Cancel Policy: 24 hour
Check In: 4 p.m.
Check Out: 11 a.m.
Room Guarantee: 1 night R&T Authorization/Deposit for Debit
Check in Guarantee: $100 Authorization/ Deposit
All reservations require a one night guarantee by a valid credit card with expiration date. Credit cards will be authorized for first night's room and tax upon booking. This will be reflected on your credit card statement. If using a debit card, this will show on your statement as a charge. "Enhance Your Stay" options are pre-charged and non-refundable once purchased.
Should you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date, before 4:00PM PST. Cancellations received within 72 hours of your arrival date will be charged in the amount of the first night's room and tax to the credit card on file. Voice messages/e-mails will not be accepted as a suitable form of cancellation for security purposes. To make changes to your reservation or cancel your reservation, contact the reservations department directly at 714-772-5900. In addition, all NO SHOW reservations are subject to a fee in the amount of the first night's room and tax. Should you need to depart early, one night's room and tax will be applied to your hotel bill. This does not apply for any advance purchase reservations which are non-refundable. Also, guests who have not booked directly on our hotel website and instead booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their cancellation policies.
